About Us:
Operating since 2007, BIZsupport is located in Hervey Bay, QLD and has recently opened an office in Mackay, QLD. We work with small to medium sized businesses across a wide range of industries Australia-wide. Our clients are involved in industries such as Farming/Agriculture, Hospitality, Retail, Aged Care, Manufacturing, Medical, Transport, Pharmaceutical and Construction, just to name a few.
Having clients Australia-wide we have been able to successfully implement methods of providing our services without the need for huge associated client costs. We pride ourselves in giving our clients highest-quality service at a price they can afford.
Our Partners:
Lyle Goschnick: With over thirty years Senior/Executive Human Resources and Project Management experience in both corporate and hands-on roles, Lyle has worked in various industries with two multi-national organisations and some of Australia's largest national corporations. Having made the decision to leave the corporate lifestyle, providing advice and support to the business world was a logical progression. Lyle has a wealth of experience in both established organisations and greenfield sites in Industrial Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, Anti-discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and most other Workplace-related areas, at both state and federal levels.
Rachel Downie: Rachel has a background in service industries and as the Owner/Operator of a small cosmetics business. She joined BIZsupport in December 2013 and after successfully tackling a short but steep learning curve, has, for the past 6 years has been our Work Health and Safety Specialist. Rachel has acquired and holds, accreditations in Work Health and Safety, Rehabilitation and Return to Work and Chemicals Management, and has become proficient in research and the handling of Industrial Relations and Fair Work issues.
Both Lyle and Rachel have experienced the successful highs and debilitating hard knocks associated with owning and operating their own businesses and are able to use their experiences to benefit BIZsupport clients.
